Terms of Service

By downloading or using the SomniAI: Smart Dream Journal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

1. Permitted Use

You may use this App solely for your personal, non-commercial dream journaling, log entries, and analytics. You agree not to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App's source code or its built assets.

2. Data Storage & Liability

Local Data Storage: You acknowledge and agree that all dream logs, notes, tags, dates, and ratings are stored solely on your device's local database (SQLite). We do not backup your dream logs. In the event of device loss, damage, theft, uninstalling the App, or clearing application settings, all your locally saved dream records will be permanently lost. We are not liable for any lost data or dream records.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

We offer subscription packages (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) to access premium features and remove advertisements.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account. Prices are subject to local taxes and currency exchanges.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play Store Account settings.
• Refunds: Payments and refunds are governed strictly by the Google Play Store billing terms.

4. Advertisements

The free tier of the App displays advertisements integrated via Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you agree to receive ad placements. You can remove all advertisements by purchasing a Premium subscription.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App's mystical dream analyses, which are intended purely for self-reflection and entertainment purposes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflict of law rules.
